Misuse of the Site
The user is prohibited from using the Site to publish or transmit any material that is or may be infringing, threatening, false, misrepresenting, provocative, libelous, privacy, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, illegal or any material that may constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered criminal offenses, violate the rights of any party, or that could otherwise give rise to civil liability or violate any law. The use of this Site for advertising purposes or to carry out any commercial promotion activities is also prohibited.
Changes to the Terms
The prices shown include VAT (6% or 23% under Portuguese legislation).
Customs fees, if applicable, are added to this cost.
All orders through the website, you will receive a confirmation with the respective details such as the total price of the order including the value of shipping, If Acushla is unable to supply a customer’s order in whole or in part, the customer will contact you immediately in order to resolve the situation.
Orders will be processed and dispatched shortly after receipt of proof of payment.
The estimated delivery time for distribution is 2 working days, for any order in the national territory, and can go up to a maximum of 10 working days in case of stock out.
However, the delivery time after our shipment will depend on third parties, namely the company that will perform the delivery service.

The value of shipping costs is borne by the customer and will be calculated according to the weight of the products, weight of the safe packaging, and their destination.
This amount will be indicated in the shopping cart before final order validation. All taxes and fees associated with the products and their transport are included in the final amount to be paid, except for customs fees to be paid, both inside and outside the countries of the European Union.
- Order receipt / Complaints and Return
All our products are properly packaged, in appropriate packaging, however we recommend that all orders are examined by the customer upon receipt.
If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, we ask you to confirm that the content is intact, and you can refuse the same if you consider that it is not in the best condition.
In case of any anomaly with the order at the time of delivery, we request, if possible, a photographic record.
If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, the customer must duly justify the reason for the return and immediately notify Acushla that he will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

- Returns and cancellations
An order can be canceled by the customer, without any cost and without any justification, as long as this cancellation is made before payment and subsequent shipping processing. Acushla allows products to be returned within 15 days.
However, upon return, the product must remain intact (including packaging that accompanies the product, labels and back-labels), otherwise the return will be ineffective. If you want to return an order after receipt, it must be carefully reassembled and sent back to the shipping address described in the delivery notes. You must keep the order in good condition until the return is made.
The amount paid in the meantime will be refunded, provided that, after receiving and checking, the products are in perfect condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All products sold at Acushla are perishable or susceptible to change, depending on handling conditions, inadequate temperature, light or humidity, therefore, we do not accept the return of a product under conditions that have deteriorated its quality.
The products can be exchanged for another item that is available in the online store, as long as they are in perfect condition and the packages have not been opened or are not damaged.
If you want to exchange an item from your home, you must request a return via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the reason and the respective contacts in order to obtain all necessary clarifications.
The costs of transport and reshipment will be borne by the customer. The deadline for any exchange or return is 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Payment must be made by:

“Payment for Services”, with entity and reference, at any ATM or through its homebanking service. (Only available to Portuguese bank customers. Payment service provided by IfthenPay.)
– Bank transfer
The order will be sent within 24 hours as soon as receipt of the payment receipt.
Acushla does not accept any responsibility for the absence of payment resulting from the incorrect filling in of data by the customer, whatever they may be.
Acushla will use its efforts to ensure maximum confidentiality and security in the data transmitted over the internet.
The customer will receive the invoice with their order.
If the name or delivery address is different from the name of the buyer, the invoice will be sent via email, if requested.
The description, image and any other information of a product presented in the online store can be changed without notice. Product images may not fully correspond to the actual product image. If you need any additional information, please contact us to be clarified.
