Extracted from varieties of olive trees typical of the Trás-os-Montes area – cobrançosa, madural, verdeal and cordovil -, Acushla is a balanced olive oil, medium fruity with a slightly bitter and spicy taste. It presents a yellowish-green color.
From the Protected Designation of Origin of Trás-os-Montes, it is a high quality, extra virgin olive oil with a low degree of acidity.
